When you have chosen your gifts, go to the order section where you can select the item(s). Fill in the billing information for yourself and the shipping information for your gift. Please double check this information. To order online, you must use a credit card. We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Fax Ordering:
Shop the site as you would for online ordering. Instead of submitting the order form, print it out and fax to us at: 1-518-782-1821. Be sure to enter in your credit card number and expiration date and sign the order.
